Requirement
Refurbishment of an old, historic building. Work included installation of a disabled access lift (right), modernisation of all building services, increasing useable space and future proofing the building.
Lawton’s worked within the nominated time table (holiday periods only) to ensure minimal disruption of the day to day operation of the school.
Future proofing of the classrooms within the building without compromising the historic nature of the facility.
Refurbishment of existing building within operating School campus.
